Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily concessions and retail operations for both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) activities during event and non-event days, including opening and closing procedures for concessions, retail, and beverage operations.
• Assist with inventory control, product management, and equipment maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
• Coordinate operational functions with service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Accurately complete and maintain required documentation, including consumption reports, cash bar procedures, safety checklists, and related operational paperwork.
• Maintain and continuously improve service standards across all concessions, bars, and retail operations.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation standards are consistently upheld in all concessions, bar, and related service areas.
• Monitor staff uniforms and enforce compliance with established uniform and appearance policies.
• Supervise the setup, execution, and breakdown of retail areas and bars, including placement of equipment, products, and signage in accordance with event specifications and corporate, Trinity F&B, and City of Fort Worth standards.
• Maintain effective communication with all department heads throughout events to ensure timely execution, quality service delivery, and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide operational and event support as needed, including supervising catered events or team members from other departments when required.
• Ensure compliance with all accounting procedures and product control standards, including accurate and timely completion of consumption sheets, stand sheets, purchase orders, and temporary labor time sheets in accordance with corporate audit requirements.
• Uphold and reinforce “Power of One” service standards through ongoing training, coaching, observation, and follow-up.
• Attend and actively participate in daily and weekly food and beverage operational meetings.
• Maintain knowledge of and compliance with all TABC liquor laws and regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, including responding to operational needs such as spill cleanup, equipment relocation, special guest requests, and cross-departmental support.
