Your Mission

As the F&B Supervisor, you’re the heartbeat of the operation—keeping the team energized, the service sharp, and the guests smiling. You’ll lead the charge in an environment built on bold flavors, teamwork, and standout hospitality.

What You’ll Be Rocking Daily

  • Lead the Crew: Supervise all Smashburger team members during your shift, ensuring everyone is performing at their best
  • Guest Experience Guru: Deliver prompt, friendly, Family Style Service with a side of good vibes
  • Smooth Operations: Schedule staff based on guest flow, resolve disputes with patience, and keep the restaurant running like a well‑oiled grill
  • Cost‑Savvy Mindset: Identify smart ways to reduce operating costs without compromising quality
  • Policy Pro: Ensure all tasks follow company standards, safety guidelines, and health regulations
  • Communication Hub: Keep your manager informed of any unusual or noteworthy situations

What You’ll Need

  • Prior restaurant experience required
  • Strong English communication skills—spoken and written
  • Professional, polished appearance
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
  • Health Card and Alcohol Awareness Card may be required

Physical & Mental Stamina

  • Lift up to 30 lbs; push/pull up to 150 lbs
  • Stand, walk, bend, and twist for extended periods
  • Work in hot or cold temperatures and around secondhand smoke
  • Navigate confined spaces and noisy environments
