1.Ensuring that the restaurant returns a budgeted profit through tight cost and stock control. Direct supervision of staff is necessary, while ensuring that all guests receive optimum service in accordance with the standards, policies and procedures of this hotel.
2.Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
