Job Description

The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for managing and supervising the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and other dining facilities. This includes ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety, managing staff, and overseeing inventory and budgeting.  Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the food and beverage department.
 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
 Manage staff schedules and ensure proper staffing levels.
 Train and mentor staff, promoting a positive team environment.
 Oversee inventory management and ensure proper stock levels.
 Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.
 Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
 Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
 Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the department.

 Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or similar role.
 Strong leadership and team management skills.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations and health and safety regulations.
 Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
 Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
