【Purpose of Role】
To guide and train the F&B service expert by 12 months cross training among different operation venues to be qualified as a F&B service expert Team Leader position. (Cross training venues including the Seasons by olivier e., YEN, Banquet Service, In-Room Dining, Bars - YEN Bar, and WOOBAR/WET Bar, total 5 venues)
【Cast Key Responsibilities】
1.Take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests, using suggestive selling techniques.
2.Perform as per SOS (sequence of service in different venues and shifts).
3.Demonstrate Whatever/Whenever attitude in response to guest request.
4.Control guest checks and secure proper payment.
5.Set up station and table to ensure they are complete.
6.Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas, service pantry and equipment.
7.Opening and closing duties.
8.Follow all company policies and procedures.

參與餐飲菁英種子養成計畫成為餐飲服務專家,經由12個月的課程培訓以及現場輪調機制,輪調單位包含法式餐廳、紫艷中餐廳、宴會廳、客房餐飲、酒吧(包含紫艷酒吧、WOOBAR及池畔酒吧)等,共計五個單位,在考核評估後可勝任餐飲酒吧餐飲服務專家主任職務。
【主要負責事項】
1.運用推薦性銷售技巧為客人點餐以及服務餐點。
2.依照餐廳酒吧服務流程提供服務在不同餐期。
3.以顧客至上的宗旨達到客人的需求。
4.負責客人的帳單、檢視正確的付款及結帳。
5.設置工作區與桌子,確認完成工作。
6.保持用餐區、後場區域及設備乾淨整潔。
7.開門及關門職責。
8.遵守所有公司政策和流程。
