As Mackinac Island’s only full-service, casually elegant resort, we are seeking a motivated and service-driven Food & Beverage Outlet Supervisor to help lead daily operations and ensure our guests enjoy exceptional meals, warm hospitality, and seamless service.
About the Role
The Food & Beverage Outlet Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of one or more resort dining venues. This hands-on leadership role supports staff, monitors service quality, assists with scheduling, and ensures all F&B standards are consistently met.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences, and leads with professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence.
QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For
Experience: 1–2 years in food and beverage, with prior supervisory or lead experience preferred
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate, guide, and support a diverse team
Service Focus: Strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest service best practices
Professional Traits: Dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and composed under pressure
Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills
Team Environment: Comfortable leading in a multicultural workplace with professionalism and respect
Location Requirement: Must be able to live and work on Mackinac Island during the season
