The Role
This is not a traditional F&B Manager role.
At Anantara Bazaruto, food and beverage is theatre, storytelling, and connection. We are looking for a hands-on leader who understands luxury in a barefoot setting—where refinement meets authenticity, and every moment feels effortless yet deeply considered.
You will be the driving force behind creating memorable dining experiences, leading from the floor, developing talent, and partnering closely with the Executive Chef to bring our culinary vision to life.
