Job Description

Novotel Bali Benoa is a five star hotel, best known as Family friendly resort, located in Jl. Pratama Tanjung Benoa Nusa Dua, Bali Indonesia.

•Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations across outlets in a dynamic family beachfront resort, ensuring consistent service quality and smooth daily operations.

•Drive guest dining experiences and satisfaction, with a focus on family-friendly concepts, beachfront moments, and engaging F&B activations.

•Collaborate with Culinary and Sales teams to deliver creative promotions and revenue-driven initiatives aligned with Bali market trends

Qualifications

•Proven experience in leading the F&B operations in a resort or upscale hotel, preferably within Bali or similar leisure destinations.

•Strong guest-focused mindset with the ability to manage diverse teams and maintain high service standards.

*Good understanding of local market trends, cost control, and operational performance, with strong communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
