Radisson Blu Hotel Amsterdam Airport is a modern four-star airport hotel, conveniently located near Schiphol Airport and Amsterdam. With 281 comfortable rooms, 19 versatile meeting rooms, and one large ballroom, we host a wide range of conferences, meetings, and international events. You will learn to:

• Assist the F&B Manager and Supervisors with daily operations and taking on supervisory responsibilities.
• Coordinate and oversee the team to ensure smooth service in the restaurant, bar, and Meeting & Events Operations.
• Ensuring all guests needs are met in the F&B Outlets by assisting your team on the floor.
• Anticipate and respond to peak operational moments driven by flight delays and airline-related demand, developing strong adaptability in a highly dynamic environment.
• Maintain a high level of guest service and satisfaction.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to reach their full potential.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene, and brand standards
• Review and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
• Report operational issues and suggest improvements to the F&B Manager.
• Actively contribute to creating a positive and energetic work environment

Qualifications

Essential ingredients:

• Currently enrolled in a hotel/hospitality management program on HBO-level.
• Excellent communication skills: especially in English, and a great addition if you also speak an extra language!
• Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays;
• A positive, energetic attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
