Novotel Amsterdam City is one of the largest 4-star hotels in the Benelux. We have 610 rooms, 17 meeting rooms, and a large restaurant that can serve up to 350 guests. We offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, and room service. Additionally, we have a cozy bar where our guests can enjoy a drink.
During this internship, you will learn a lot about both the operational and non-operational aspects of F&B:
Leading the restaurant and bar staff by assigning tasks;
Guiding, motivating, and inspiring the team;
Providing support on the floor;
Assisting guests in a correct and hospitable manner;
Financial administration and purchasing;
Creating staff schedules;
Supporting the F&B Manager with various projects.
