ROLE AS AN F&B SUPERVISOR INTERN

During your internship, you will support the F&B Manager and the Food & Beverage team in coordinating the daily operations of our restaurants, bar, and banqueting facilities. You will gain hands-on experience in leading a team, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience at every touchpoint. As a visible and approachable point of contact for both guests and colleagues, you will have the opportunity to develop valuable practical skills within a luxury and inspiring hospitality environment.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Supporting the daily supervision and coordination of the F&B team
• Assisting in the coordination of service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events
• Monitoring guest satisfaction and responding proactively to special requests
• Supporting the training, coaching, and development of team members
• Assisting with staff scheduling and workforce planning
• Actively contributing to a well-organized, welcoming, and efficient working environment.

Requirements

WHAT YOU BRING

• Flexible and willing to work weekends and public, holidays as a hotel we operate 24/7
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and effectively prioritize responsibilities
• Excellent command of English; proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset
• A service-oriented mindset with a keen eye for quality and detail
• The ability to remain calm under pressure and adopt a proactive, solution-driven approach.
