Previous experience as a Hostess, Senior Hostess, Guest Relations, Guest Ambassador, or similar role within a 5-star hotel or luxury restaurant.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and welcoming personality.
Strong knowledge of restaurant reservations, seating procedures, and guest relations.
Passion for delivering personalized service and creating memorable guest experiences.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong problem-solving and complaint-handling skills with a professional and composed approach.
Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
