Chef d'équipe F&B (Restauration) - MOXY Antibes Sophia AntipolisPoste à temps plein.

Principales missions et responsabilités :

- Accompagner les clients tout en créant des expériences positives.

- Former les membres de l'équipe aux standards Moxy, tant pour la restauration (F&B) que pour la réception.

- Piloter les initiatives liées à la restauration : veiller à la mise à jour des menus, des caisses et des tarifs.

- Garantir la rentabilité du pôle restauration.

- Organiser et préparer les inventaires mensuels des stocks.

- Respecter toutes les politiques de sécurité alimentaire, de réglementation (licences) et d'hygiène/sécurité au travail.

- Superviser les opérations de réception (enregistrement des arrivées et départs) avec précision et efficacité.

- Veiller à la présentation, au respect des standards et à la performance de la réception, en privilégiant la formation et le travail d'équipe.

- S'assurer que les membres de l'équipe maîtrisent parfaitement les catégories de chambres, les tarifs, les forfaits, les promotions, les informations locales et les connaissances générales sur les produits Marriott nécessaires à leurs fonctions.

• Respecter les standards de la marque Moxy Marriott. Inscrire de nouveaux membres au programme de fidélité Marriott Bonvoy avec l'aide de l'équipe.
• Veiller à atteindre, voire dépasser, les indicateurs de performance (KPI) Marriott. Bien que le poste soit axé sur la restauration, vous assurerez également le rôle de responsable d'établissement (Duty Manager) et dirigerez des shifts incluant la réception.

• Expériences utiles Expérience dans le secteur des services.
• Connaissance des systèmes hôteliers tels qu'Opera et/ou Micros.
• Connaissance des normes de sécurité alimentaire et de la réglementation en vigueur.
• Expérience personnelle du voyage et du secteur touristique

Main Tasks and responsibilities

• Helping guests whilst creating positive experiences
• Training team members to Moxy standards in both food and beverage and reception
• Take the lead on food and beverage initiatives, ensuring that menus, tills and pricing are up to date
• Ensuring profitability from a food and beverage perspective
• To organise and prepare for monthly stock takes
• Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely
• Supervise accurate and efficient reception operations including check in/out procedures
• Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of the reception with an emphasis on training and teamwork
• Ensure Team Members have updated knowledge of all room categories, room rates, packages, promotions, local area and other general Marriott product knowledge necessary to perform their duties
• Follow Moxy Marriott brand standards
• Together with the team enroll new members for Marriott Bonvoy (loyalty program)
• Ensure Marriott Metrics are met and exceeded
• Although emphasis is on food and beverage, you will be duty manager and be expected to take the lead on shifts including reception

Useful Experience

• Experience within the service industry
• Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros
• Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws
• Personal experience of travel and travel industry
