The Job

As an F&B Coordinator, you will support the daily operations and administrative functions across Citrus, In-Room Dining, Tapas, and Banquets.

Main Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to F&B operations, including office management, purchasing, and inventory control (controllable items).
  • Monitor and analyze operational costs, suppliers, and merchandising activities in coordination with F&B managers.
  • Create, update, and upload food & beverage menus across relevant platforms.
  • Prepare and distribute daily operational communications, including BEOs (Banquet Event Orders), updates, and special requests.
  • Coordinate purchasing processes, including supplier communication, quotations, and issuing purchase orders (POs).
  • Manage monthly closing procedures and submit required financial documentation for all F&B outlets.
  • Support departmental meetings by preparing agendas and minutes.

Interdepartmental Coordination:

  • Finance: Track purchase orders, submit invoices, and support monthly financial closing.
  • Sales & Marketing: Coordinate printed materials and communicate special events across departments.
  • Human Resources: Manage leave requests (PAFs) and update employee records in the system.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Attend regular F&B meetings and contribute to team alignment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
