Food & Beverage Attendant – Overnight Shift

Pay: $16.00/hour + Shared Tips Schedule: Primarily Overnight Shifts | Open Availability Preferred

WarHorse Gaming is seeking energetic, guest-focused individuals to join our Food & Beverage team on the overnight shift. In this role, you will help create memorable guest experiences by providing exceptional food and beverage service, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and ensuring every guest receives prompt, friendly, and professional service.

What You'll Do

• Deliver prompt, efficient, and friendly service to all guests.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
• Review orders with guests to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
• Develop knowledge of menu offerings and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Process transactions and follow all cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas.
• Adhere to all health, sanitation, safety, and food service standards.
• Attend required meetings and training sessions.
• Provide exceptional guest and team member service at all times.
• Maintain a professional, clean, and polished appearance.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to secure and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules as business needs require.

Preferred

• Previous food service, server, or customer service experience.
• Experience using mobile devices and touchscreen technology.
• Food Handler, ServSafe, and/or TIPS Alcohol certifications.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This position requires standing and walking for extended periods, frequent use of hands and fingers, and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds. Team members work in a dynamic casino environment that may include exposure to loud noise, secondhand smoke, and varying activity levels.
