To strengthen our innovative F&B team, we are looking for you – a dynamic and motivated F&B Attendant – to join our In-Room Dining team for the upcoming 2026/2027 winter season!

Key Responsibilities

Taking orders in German and English
Preparing orders and providing in-room service
Loading trolleys with orders
Conducting sales conversations – up-selling
Organising and distributing treatments
Various till duties (Micros System)
Daily mise en place and various cleaning tasks
Distributing treatments
Setting up treatments
Adherence to the hotel’s internal standards

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Initial professional experience in upmarket catering
Ability to cope with pressure, attention to detail and a very high standard of quality
A structured and organised approach to work
A keen interest in team-oriented work
Your motto is to be a perfect and warm host to every guest
A good command of English is essential. Knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage
