Waiter / Waitress – 2 AA Rosette Restaurant

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Waiter / Waitress to join the front-of-house team at our 2 AA Rosette restaurant, within the 4-star White Hart Hotel in Lincoln.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic and dedicated to delivering exceptional and memorable service, who wants to work in a refined, quality-driven dining environment.

The Role

• Providing attentive, knowledgeable, and personable service to guests
• Presenting food and beverages to a high standard
• Demonstrating strong menu knowledge, including ingredients and allergens
• Working closely with the kitchen and FOH team to ensure smooth service
• Maintaining a professional, welcoming atmosphere at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in a quality restaurant,
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Positive, reliable, well-presented, and professional
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A willingness to learn and develop within a high-standard environment
