This position requires appropriate intervention and provision of services through client assessment, health education, coaching, referral monitoring, facilitation, and follow-up to fathers and their infants up to age 18 months. Provide advocacy, vital resources, and education to expecting fathers and fathers with infants up to 18 months. To interface with Indianapolis Healthy Start partners and subcontractors to provide education training and technical assistance to community agencies, service providers, and the community at-large as it relates to infant mortality.
