ABOUT THE ROLE

As an essential part of the team at MESHKI, a Warehouse Assistant in our Returns Department plays a crucial role in the seamless return of our customer orders. This position requires individuals to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring strong attention to detail.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Use RF scanners to accurately and efficiently replenish and move stock throughout a distribution warehouse
• Processing inbound deliveries
• Quality Checking return garments
• Sort, grade, and disposition returned stock in line with company processes
• Accurate stocktaking and inventory management
• Unloading trucks; Receiving stock manually or by use of heavy equipment
• Problem solving errors
• General housekeeping duties in the warehouse

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Previous inventory or pick/pack within a warehouse environment experience
• Excellent attention to detail, especially when inspecting returned products
• Good problem-solving skills and confidence handling return discrepancies
• Ability to work at a fast pace and meet daily KPIs
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Ability to work independently while focused on team goals
• Understand and execute instructions from team leads and management
• Demonstrate safe work practices at all times
• Must be able to perform physical tasks as this role requires heavy lifting and being on your feet for your shifts
• Availability Monday to Friday - shifts can vary between 5am - 6pm. Saturday availability is a bonus!

This position will be based at our MESHKI Distribution Centre located in Turrella. We are seeking immediately available Casuals who are looking for an ongoing Casual role!
