What you will do in this role

As a Fashion Support Consultant on our team, you will:

• Solve any kind of customer’s doubt or complain regarding our Client

• Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA

• Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers

• Escalate potential service issues

• To follow all the processes and procedures of the project

• Provide cover for other Agents in their absence, either within the same team or across teams

• Ensure contractual SLA is maintained

• Are bilingual or proficient in French plus advanced in English

• Are goal and customer service oriented

• Have a good disposition to work in a customer service environment

• Have working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/ internet configuration.

• 39h full time, temporary contract: Monday to Friday from 11:00 to 20:00

• Salary 19 623 euros gross/year + up to 2.400 euros gross/year in bonus
