About the role

Support the Business Development team by coordinating the end-to-end operational execution of campaigns, projects, and business initiatives to ensure timely delivery, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

Campaign & Project Operations

- Coordinate the end-to-end operational execution of campaigns, projects, and business initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to established processes.

Project Governance & Administration

- Manage programme submissions, documentation, trackers, SOPs, and operational governance to ensure execution quality, process compliance, and operational visibility.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

- Maintain operational dashboards and business trackers, monitor projects' progress, and prepare regular reports to support business reviews and decision-making.

Cross-functional Coordination

- Collaborate with Business Development and cross-functional teams to align timelines, resolve operational issues, and ensure seamless programme execution.

Process Improvement

- Identify operational gaps and continuously improve workflows, tools, and processes to enhance team efficiency and execution excellence.
