We're looking for passionate Luxury Sales Associates that are willing to join these top brands on assignments for both short-term and long-term opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver world-class customer service, engaging with clientele to understand their needs and offering personalised & sophisticated style guidance.

• Handle and display luxury merchandise with care, maintaining a premium store appearance.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest collections and product knowledge of our luxury brands.

• Achieve sales goals and targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with a team to ensure clientele satisfaction.

• Handle luxury product transactions accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in High street or premium retail, but specific experience in luxury retail is a major advantage

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to build and maintain relationships.

• A keen eye for style and detail, with an understanding and appreciation of luxury fashion.

• Fluent English is mandatory; knowledge of a second language is a plus.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Well-presented, professional and articulate, with a genuine passion for the luxury industry.
