As our Fashion Marketing Manager, you’ll lead a talented team of 4 and oversee the day-to-day marketing operations. You’ll play a pivotal role in connecting brand storytelling with measurable commercial outcomes. This includes:

  • Execution of the brand strategy
  • Growing the customer base, driving sales, and increasing ROI
  • Managing integrated campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels
  • Presenting in front of the camera and maintaining a strong social media presence
  • Overseeing marketing systems (Shopify and Klaviyo experience is desirable) to grow new markets

This is a role for someone who loves fashion, is hungry to grow, and is committed long-term.

Qualifications

You’re a commercially minded marketing leader who thrives on delivering results. You bring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to turn creative ideas into measurable business impact. You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role (retail and/or eCommerce preferred)
  • Strong understanding of brand, digital, and performance marketing
  • Experience managing integrated campaigns, budgets, and marketing systems
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
  • Leadership experience and a passion for developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work at pace
