THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports to: Field Marketing Manager (Music & Culture)
Key internal relationships: Festivals & Partnerships team, Activation team, Social Media, Graphic Design
Key external relationships: fashion brands, galleries, designers, trade customers, suppliers of branded assets, brand partners, clothing stores, artists
Key responsibilities:
Field marketing - immerse yourself within the streetwear, fashion and art communities across London and key regions, identifying consumer occasions where Jubel fits naturally into the culture. Think product launches, gallery openings, and creative studio events.
Create memorable product experiences - lead sampling activations in spaces your target consumer inhabits: concept store launches, pop-up shops, art fairs, zine fests, and designer showcases. Beers in hand, in the right room, with the right crowd.
Execute events around fashion calendar moments with key partners - think London Fashion Week fringes, cultural collaborations with the right brands, and art fair after-parties. Plan and execute these events, working with the Partnerships Manager to access key designers, artists and creatives.
Build strong relationships with brand ambassadors - get to know key influencers, designers, and artists in the space and build long-term relationships with them to unlock event and partnership opportunities.
Work closely with the Fashion & Culture Partnerships Manager - ensure activations feel organic, word-of-mouth worthy, and generate strong noise across brand and partner digital channels, leaning into visual platforms like Instagram and TikTok where fashion culture lives.
Work with the Trade Activation team - identify field marketing opportunities in key on-trade regions, tapping into local streetwear scenes, independent creative retailers, and cultural hubs beyond London.
Unlock key brand equity venues - where Jubel has or can build a Fashion & Culture relationship, spaces that carry cultural credibility with the target consumer.
This is not an exhaustive list of duties and is subject to review in agreement with the postholder.

Our Story
We discovered two things at La Folie Douce, a raucous après-ski bar. The first was Jubel - an anthem that closed out the après antics and meant “a feeling of extreme joy”. The second was demi-pêche - a pint of lager with a peach top. This dangerously refreshing beer secret swiftly became the beer we wanted to drink that no one brewed, so we sunk our savings into a trial brew that flew at a festival, and escaped our 9-5s to pioneer a new style of beer.
