Fashion Brand & Commercial Growth Manager

Salary Range: ₦300,000 – ₦400,000 (Monthly Net)

With strong physical retail operations, an expanding nationwide distribution network, and a growing e-commerce presence, the business is strategically positioned for continued local consolidation and international expansion across Africa, Europe, and North America.
The Fashion Brand & Commercial Growth Manager will play a critical leadership role in driving brand positioning, revenue growth, and market expansion.
This role requires a commercially astute and creative professional capable of translating brand vision into measurable business outcomes, while ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Management
Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with business objectives
Strengthen brand identity, messaging, and visual consistency across all platforms
Ensure alignment across retail, digital, campaigns, packaging, and communications
Drive culturally relevant, market-responsive brand initiatives
2. Growth Marketing & E-Commerce
Lead digital marketing efforts to drive awareness, acquisition, and retention
Optimize e-commerce performance, including UX and conversion rates
Execute integrated campaigns across social media, paid media, email, and influencer channels
Utilize analytics and data insights to improve campaign performance and ROI
3. Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth
Develop and implement sales strategies across retail, wholesale, and online channels
Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities (local and international)
Build and manage strategic partnerships with distributors and retail partners
Implement pricing and promotional strategies to maximize profitability
4. Product Launch & Market Activation
Collaborate with design and production teams to align collections with market demand
Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches and seasonal campaigns
Drive campaigns that increase brand visibility and sales performance
5. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Lead and manage marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams
Foster a results-driven and high-performance culture
Collaborate with operations and finance teams for seamless execution
6. Performance Management & Reporting
Track and report key KPIs including revenue growth, engagement, and ROI
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Management, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
5–7 years' experience in brand management, growth marketing, or commercial roles within fashion, retail, or lifestyle sectors
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion
Strong understanding of multi-channel retail and digital commerce
Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
