  • The Client Insight Analyst is playing a vital role in delivering actionable client insights that drive strategic decision-making in clientelling and client experience. This position collaborates closely with clients and internal FSN stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze data, and present findings in a clear and compelling manner. The role requires a combination of analytical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills

Key Responsibility:

Client Data Analysis & Insight

  • Develop data analysis framework, propose analytical perspectives based on deep understanding on business needs and urgency
  • Lead in-depth analysis of data, incl. but not limited to client, product, retail, etc. to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for clientelling actions, experience improvement and business growth
  • Synthesize findings and coordinate with Client, Merchandising, and Retail Insights Managers, as well as Regional/BTQ CEM counterparts for concrete actions
  • Transform complex analytical findings into compelling narratives and engaging visualizations tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Build dashboards leveraging excel, PowerBI, etc. and continuously refine dashboards based on business needs in a timely manner
  • Work closely with data governance and visualization teams to identify self-serviced reporting needs, develop detailed requirements and give clear priority for development
  • Stay abreast of current business trends, emerging data technologies, and industry best practices. Recommend and implement improvements to analytical methodologies, data infrastructure, and business processes

Team Leadership & Development

  • Provide strong leadership and proactive management to the business analytics team. Oversee the day-to-day activities, set clear goals, and ensure accountability for deliverables.
  • Mentor, develop, and support team members to enhance their analytical skills and professional growth.
  • Foster an environment of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance

Key Requirements & Competencies

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 5 years specializing in data analysis, business intelligence, or a closely related discipline.
  • Management or strategy consulting experience is a strong plus
  • Advanced proficiency in computer languages such as SQL and Python, with hands-on experience in data extraction, transformation, and analysis
  • Expert user of PowerBI or comparable business intelligence tools, with a track record of building advanced dashboards and data visualization.
  • Demonstrated experience in the DTC retail or consumer goods sectors is highly preferred; direct client data experience is a must.
  • Proven project experience by adopting a hypothetical-driven problem-solving approach to address key business questions and inform strategic decision-making
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal; multilingual skills are advantageous
  • Strong sense of ownership and prioritization
  • Proactive, quick learner with a growth mindse
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
