The Finance & Accounting Specialist is responsible for supporting the organization's financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting records, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. The role contributes to maintaining financial integrity and supporting business decision-making through timely and accurate financial information.
Key Responsibilities
Record and monitor financial transactions.
Prepare and review sales and purchase invoices.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Perform periodic account reconciliations.
Support the preparation of financial, management, and statistical reports.
Maintain and organize financial records and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
Ensure compliance with applicable financial, accounting, and tax regulations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Good understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with accounting and financial software systems.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
