We are seeking an experienced Field Application Specialist to join our Revvity Signals team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and training to customers using our Signals suite of R&D workflow solutions, including Signals One and Signals Spotfire. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure successful product deployments and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site and remote training sessions to educate customers on Signals product features and functionality

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to resolve customer issues and questions

• Gather customer feedback and requirements to inform future product enhancements

• Collaborate with the Signals product management team to beta test new releases

• Maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts and stakeholders

• Travel within India to support customer sites as needed (up to 50% travel)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical discipline (e.g. life sciences, engineering, informatics)

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or diagnostics industry

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to non-technical users

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve customer issues

• Familiarity with R&D software tools and data analysis workflows

• Willingness to travel within India to support on-site customer engagements
