About the Company

A Malaysian company that operates in the agricultural and livestock industry, primarily focusing on poultry farming and the production of chicken and eggs. As a key player in the local food supply chain, it ensures the availability of high-quality products for both domestic consumption and distribution. The company is committed to maintaining high standards of food safety and animal welfare practices.

• Manage farm projects and oversee entire project phases from proposal to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including veterinarian, nutrition experts, engineering, technical, and mechanical teams, to ensure meeting the functional goals.
• Ensure that poultry environmental conditions (e.g., temperature, humidity, ventilation) are maintained at ideal levels and continuously improved for optimal living conditions.
• Provide technical support and the management in identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in poultry farm management or experience in managing technical and poultry farm projects.
• Strong knowledge of poultry production, nutrition, flock health, flock husbandry and biosecurity practices.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Experienced in executing and improving procedures.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented, good interpersonal skills, team player and possesses self-initiative.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, able to engage in a professional and collaborative manner with internal and external stakeholders
• Well verse in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
• Able to work in farm environments.
• Willingness to travel across farms in Trong, Sua Betong and Gurun.

Remuneration

• MYR 9,000 to MYR 12,000
