Job Description

Leads farm operations including planning, team management, quality control, and reporting. Requires at least 2 years of management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, a passion for sustainable farming, and the ability to work responsibly and independently.

Main Responsibilities:

• Planning: Develop and organize production plans (crop cultivation and livestock), marketing plans, and overall operational plans.
• Operations Management: Lead, monitor, and supervise daily activities to ensure efficiency and high productivity.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage employees to build strong
• teamwork and enhance performance.
• Quality Control: Ensure all farm products meet set quality standards.
• Reporting: Prepare regular operational and financial reports for the company's review.

Main Requirements:

• At least 2 years of management experience in farm operations or related business.
• Bachelors degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture, or a relevant field.
• Strong leadership, good communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge and passion for agriculture, especially in sustainable farming.
• High sense of responsibility, integrity, and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Khmer; business-level communication skills required.
