Breeder Farm Located in Castor

Position: Farm Labor / Egg Collector (Hourly)

Qualifications

• Reliable and motivated individuals encouraged to apply

• Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Must adhere to Biosecurity & Animal Welfare requirements (training provided)
• Reliable transportation to the work site is required

Responsibilities

• Typical start time: 8:00 AM
• Typical end time: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Weekdays and weekends required

Primary Duties Include:

• Collecting, cleaning, and sorting eggs according to quality standards
• Ensuring product quality
• Completing required paperwork and maintaining detailed production logs
• Performing routine cleaning and sanitation throughout the breeder farm
• Checking barns and monitoring egg conditions
• Supporting general farm duties as needed during scheduled shifts
• Ensuring compliance with animal health, welfare, safety, and quality standards
• Performing other duties as assigned
