We are currently recruiting seasonal operators and farm hands to support harvest programs across several large-scale broadacre cropping operations throughout Australia.
These roles will work as part of farm teams during the upcoming 2026 harvest season, operating modern machinery and supporting day-to-day harvest activities.
We are looking for motivated and reliable people who enjoy working in a hands-on agricultural environment. You might be a seasoned harvest worker, or just starting out.
Experience in any of the following will be highly regarded:
Faulkner Farming, Wilga Farming Australia and Meldora Land Management are mixed farming enterprises, which include the development of natural assets such as carbon sequestration and biodiversity.
At Faulkner Farming we manage mixed farming properties on behalf of institutional investors, with a strong focus on modern and innovative sustainable practices.
Roles available near Inverell NSW, Gunnedah NSW and Meningie SA.
At Wilga Farming Australia we’re building resilient, productive mixed farming systems grounded in sustainable land stewardship principles, continuous improvement and genuine care for the environment and communities.
Roles available near Inverell NSW, Gilgandra NSW and Albany WA.
At Meldora Land Management we integrate regenerative cropping and livestock production with ecological restoration to deliver productive, resilient and sustainable farming systems.
