Your Role:Livestock Sales Representative (Hokkaido Area) / 畜産営業担当(北海道エリア)

As a Livestock Sales Representative, you will be part of the commercial team to maximize the sales of livestock medicines, feed, and additives within the Hokkaido region. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing distribution partners and engaging directly with producers and veterinarians to drive business growth. 畜産営業担当として、北海道エリアにおける畜産用医薬品、飼料、添加物の売上を最大化するためのコマーシャルチームの一員となります。このロールでは、販売代理店の管理や、生産者および獣医師への直接的なアプローチを通じて、ビジネスの成長を推進する責任を担います。

Your Responsibilities:

  • Execute sales activities to achieve targets, identifying market opportunities and tracking performance using CRM and management tools. / ターゲット達成に向けた営業活動の実行、市場機会の特定、およびCRMや管理ツールを用いたパフォーマンスの追跡。
  • Develop and implement strategic sales action plans based on market research and competitive analysis. / 市場調査および競合分析に基づいた戦略的な営業アクションプランの策定と実施。
  • Manage key accounts, including major distributors and large-scale users, to ensure strong partnerships and product penetration. / 主要な代理店や大規模ユーザーを含むキーアカウントの管理、強固なパートナーシップの構築および製品浸透の確保。
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, such as R&D and Regulatory, to meet the diverse needs of external stakeholders. / R&Dや薬事などの社内クロスファンクショナルチームと連携し、外部ステークホルダーの多様なニーズに対応。
  • Optimize sales expenses and resources to maximize the impact of the Elanco product portfolio. / 営業経費とリソースを最適化し、Elanco製品ポートフォリオのインパクトを最大化。

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience. / 学士号または同等の実務経験。
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales across various sectors. / 異業種を含む3年以上の営業経験。
  • Valid driver's license and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). / 有効な運転免許証、およびMicrosoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)の習熟。
