Our client is seeking a Fannie Mae DUS Multifamily CRE Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a major loan portfolio acquisition and migration initiative involving the onboarding of multifamily commercial real estate loans into internal banking systems.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Support migration and onboarding of multifamily CRE loan portfolios into internal systems
• Provide SME guidance on Fannie Mae DUS servicing, reporting, and compliance requirements
• Validate loan data, servicing records, and portfolio mapping activities
• Partner with business, operations, servicing, and technology teams throughout migration efforts
• Assist with issue resolution, process validation, and operational readiness activities
• Support portfolio conversion and servicing workflow initiatives

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Fannie Mae DUS Multifamily / CRE loans
• Deep understanding of DUS servicing workflows and reporting requirements
• Experience supporting loan portfolio acquisitions, conversions, or migration initiatives
• Strong knowledge of multifamily and commercial real estate lending operations
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
