We’re a not-for-profit organisation based in Midland, WA, working alongside young people, families, and individuals who are experiencing homelessness, crisis, or disconnection. Our services are grounded in compassion, creativity, inclusion, and community – supporting people to create positive futures.
We are currently recruiting for Family and Youth Services casual relief pool to provide support for our young people and families located in our crisis and transitional accommodation. These roles are usually rostered in advance for shifts throughout the week and weekend, though there may be times we call you at short notice.
We are seeking dynamic, experienced and committed people to provide supported crisis and transitional accommodation support to clients. This role is fast paced, involving the provision of multi-layered support services, building resilience, independence and empowerment within our youth and families.

In 2016–17, more than 85,654 children attended our Emergency Department, 322,291 specialist clinic appointments were held which was almost 70,000 more than the previous year, more than 17,000 surgeries were performed and more than 48,552 children were admitted to our wards.
