  • Support intergenerational and family-centered faith formation frameworks that nurture the domestic church.
  • Provide guidance, formation, and consultation to parish leaders and catechists engaged in family faith formation.

Catechumenal Ministry (OCIA/RCIA)

  • Support parish OCIA teams by providing formation opportunities and best practices to foster a parish culture that fruitfully welcomes and accompanies seekers and inquirers.
  • Promote approaches that integrate catechesis, liturgy, community life, and meaningful service into every stage of the catechumenate.
  • Assist in fostering a parish culture that welcomes and accompanies seekers and inquirers

Collaboration & Administration

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Theology, Religious Studies, Catechetics, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of three years of professional parish ministry experience, preferably in family faith formation, OCIA, or catechetical leadership. An additional two years of such experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
  • Solid knowledge of Catholic theology and catechesis, including familiarity with Church documents related to evangelization, catechesis, and the catechumenate.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated intercultural competency.
