Starting Pay: $17.00–$20.00/hr

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Safely transporting youth to and from family visits
• Supervising visits to ensure safe, appropriate interactions
• Guiding parents with constructive engagement and redirection
• Documenting visits and reporting behaviors or safety concerns
• Building trust with families to support positive outcomes
Who We’re Looking For:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of experience in youth care or human services
• Valid driver's license with good driving record and be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Registration check
• Ability to drive for extended periods and work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
• Ability to provide own transportation (mileage reimbursed) to complete travel requirements of the job required.
• Meet auto insurance requirements established by Boys Town policy and/or State and Local laws required.
Physical & Safety Requirements:
• Ability to lift children or car seats up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to safely transport youth in all weather conditions
• Comfortable entering varied home environments and managing challenging behaviors
