The role:
We are looking for experienced and passionate staff members to provide support to Children and Young People involved within the Out-of-Home-Care Sector. The role will involve supporting children from birth to adolescence in various settings including Youth Justice, Alternate Care Placements, Sibling Groups, Community and In-Home Supports, Emergency Supports and Early Intervention. Staff will be required to utilise and implement therapeutic, trauma-informed practices to ensure positive outcomes for all Children and Young People receiving services.
We are looking for people who are adaptable, flexible, experienced and dedicated to creating systemic change in the lives of the Children and Young People we support.
Staff will be required to work across a 24/7 roster inclusive of morning, afternoon and active-night shifts. Shifts may vary in length between 3 hours to 8 hours.
The successful applicant will receive a comprehensive onboarding from the Capability Family Services Management team, as well as complete a robust training course to ensure you are best equipped within the role.
