What you will do:
As a Family Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting Child Protective Investigators, which includes coordinating and providing transportation for families. You'll be helping families access the services they need to remain safe, stable, and self‑sufficient. Additionally, you will assist investigators in maintaining a caseload of families receiving social services.
How you will make an impact
Provides phone and client contact support. This employee functions on an independent level while performing a variety of duties, which require initiative and sound judgment.
