Job Category: Nonprofit - Social ServicesThe Family Support Worker works as part of the CUA Support Team focusing on achieving the objectives as established in the Single Case Plan. Under the direction of the CUA Case Manager, the Family Support Worker assists the Case Manager with all activities necessary to help ensure permanency for youth in their own communities. The Family Support Workers is responsible for assessing the social service needs of participants, providing direct and indirect services and referrals, and engaging participants in various activities and leadership roles through mentoring and training.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Family Services, Counseling or related field required with a  minimum of one (1) year experience involving children, youth, and families; or a:
- High School Diploma or GED with at least two (2) years’ experience involving children, youth, and families.
- Valid Driver’s License;
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
