At Connect Children and Families, we believe every child deserves to feel safe, celebrated, and supported. Our programs exist to create positive change—walking alongside families, strengthening community connections, and ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive.

We’re now seeking a Family Support Worker to join our Connect Early team and become a compassionate, reliable presence for families experiencing vulnerabilities in the early years of parenting and caregiving.

❤️ Why You’ll Love Working With Us

  • Are warm, reliable, and curious about people’s stories.
  • Communicate with respect, clarity, and compassion.
  • Understand the importance of cultural safety, especially for Aboriginal children and families.
  • Believe in empowering families to build on their strengths.
  • Are comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative team.

🎓 What You’ll Bring

  • A commitment to child safety and inclusive practice.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for working in community.
  • A thoughtful approach to documentation and service quality.
