The Family Support Team Leader provides operational leadership, practice oversight and workforce support to CatholicCare’s Family Support team, ensuring high-quality, compliant and sustainable service delivery across family intervention, secondary family support and child inclusive and family education services.
The role leads a multidisciplinary team of practitioners delivering services to children, young people and families experiencing vulnerability through programs such as Tertiary Family Intervention Services, Secondary Family Support, Child Inclusive Practice and Family Education. The role supports integration within the Family Services Stream and ensures services are delivered in accordance with funding agreements, legislative requirements, professional standards and CatholicCare’s mission and values.
The role is accountable for day-to-day service performance, staff supervision, quality assurance, workforce coordination and contribution to service sustainability, while working collaboratively with other Family Services Team Leaders and the Family Services Manager to support integrated, whole-of-family service delivery.
