In this role, youâll provide case management and home visitation services that support family stability, early child development, and healthy parentâchild relationships. By engaging families through personalized services, workshops, and community resources, youâll help ensure children and caregivers have the tools they need to thrive.

The Family Support Specialist provides home visitation and case management services to families, ensuring quality programming and adherence to funder and regulatory guidelines. Youâll support families through weekly visits, developmental curriculum instruction, community connections, and program engagement activities all while building strong, trusting relationships that empower families and children.
