I am working in partnership with a highly successful, forward-thinking multi-practice legal firm based in Tonbridge, serving clients across Kent, Sussex, Surrey, and London. The firms Family department covers all aspects of Family Law and is known for providing professional, trustworthy advice with a strong emphasis on client service and long-term relationships.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Family Solicitor who is passionate about delivering high-quality legal advice and building strong client connections. You will be joining a supportive, professional team where youll have the freedom to develop and grow your own private client base, while helping to shape the future direction and visibility of the Family department within the local community.

Role Responsibilities

Youll manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including:

• Divorce and separation
   Financial settlements
  Children matters
  Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
  Cohabitation disputes
  You will be encouraged to take initiative, build your network, contribute to departmental growth, and foster lasting client relationships.

What Were Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years experience in Family Law
   Ability to manage your own caseload independently
  Strong communication and client care skills
  A proactive, commercially minded approach to business development and networking
  A collaborative team player with ambition and a desire to progress
