Talent Flow Partners is delighted to be supporting a long-established and highly regarded South Downs law firm in the appointment of a Family Solicitor (2–4 PQE) to join their growing team in Petersfield
This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm with over 70 years of heritage, combining traditional values with a modern, progressive outlook. The firm has built a strong reputation for high-quality client care, a collaborative culture and a genuinely supportive working environment.
You will manage your own caseload of private family matters with appropriate supervision and full administrative support. The work includes:
Divorce and separation
Financial remedy matters (including mid to high net worth cases)
Private children work
Matters resolved through ADR as well as court proceedings
The firm places strong emphasis on constructive and resolution-focused practice. Membership of Resolution, or willingness to join and adhere to its Code of Practice, is important.
2–4 years PQE in Family Law
Strong drafting and communication skills
Confident managing clients independently
Experience with both negotiated settlements and court proceedings
Team-focused and aligned with values of openness, responsibility and fairness
High quality private family work, including complex financial cases
Your own caseload with structured supervision
Full administrative support
