Scope of Position:
This dual role position serves in a combined case management capacity, providing both general Social Services case management and Pathway of Hope intensive case management services. The employee divides their time between two complementary roles:
For internal controls, grant compliance, and fee-for-service billing purposes, this position is structured with clearly delineated responsibilities across both functions.

Billing, Documentation, and Compliance Requirements
To support fee-for-service billing and grant compliance requirements, this position must maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with federal, state, and local program standards, including Housing Related Social Needs (HRSN), HUD-funded programs, and other contracted services.
