Join us as a Family, Safety & Wellbeing Worker, and be part of something bigger.
As part of our Families in Focus team, you’ll support individuals and families impacted by family violence, including children who experience or witness violence, while also working therapeutically with individuals who use violence to help them understand and change their behaviour.
You’ll take a whole of family, strengths based approach, providing counselling, support, education and referrals that promote safety, wellbeing and healthier relationships. You’ll also build strong partnerships across AnglicareSA and the broader community, sharing your expertise and contributing to services that make a meaningful difference for vulnerable families.
This position is 0.8FTE, contracted until 30th June 2027 and based at Christies Beach.
This position would also require working one evening per week (typically Tuesdays or Thursdays) until 9am with a later start.
