About Family Services
Family Services is a nonprofit organization committed to Protecting, Healing, and Caring for children and families across Northeast Wisconsin. We provide vital support during life's most challenging moments, helping individuals heal, grow, and thrive.
The Family Resource Specialist assesses the strengths and needs of pregnant women and families with infants and children, determines service needs, and provides information, connections, and linkages to community resources. Services are provided in hospitals, family homes, and community settings. Candidates must be available to work occasional evening and weekend hours to meet client and program needs.

Minimum Education: Associate's Degree in Child Development, Communications, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience
Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree in Child Development, Communications, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience
Minimum Experience: 1 year experience working with families, child abuse and neglect prevention, maternal/child health, or child development.
Preferred Experience: 2 + year experience working with families, child abuse and neglect prevention, maternal/child health, child development and/or home visitation.
