Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated and commercially minded Family Lawyer to join our well-established and respected Family Law team at HHG Legal Group.

The Role

• You’ll manage a varied and engaging family law practice, including:
• Divorce and separation matters
• Property settlements and financial disputes
• Parenting arrangements and children’s matters
• Spousal maintenance and enforcement proceedings
• Binding financial agreements and superannuation splits
• Child support and maintenance matters
• Mediation, negotiations and other non-court dispute resolution processes

You’ll work closely with clients through some of the most important moments in their lives, delivering practical, strategic and empathetic advice.

About You

You’re a Family Lawyer with 4+ years PAE who is confident, capable, and keen to keep growing.

You’ll bring:

• Solid experience across parenting and property matters
• Exposure to complex family law issues (relocation, parentage, adoption, high-conflict matters, etc.)
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail
• A client-centric mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships
• A collaborative approach and the confidence to work within a team
• An interest in business development, profile-building and networking
• A genuine desire to improve, learn and progress your career
