Cascade Medical (CM), a Rural Health Clinic and critical access hospital, located in beautiful downtown Leavenworth in the Cascade Foothills of Central Washington, is looking for a full-time Family Practice/Internal Medicine Physician and Medical Director to help care for our growing community.

Patient Centered Medical Home certified, our rural health clinic offers a supportive, friendly atmosphere for staff and patients. Ancillary services available at our facility include lab; radiology; physical, occupational, and speech therapies; and screening endoscopies. We do not perform obstetrics.

This position's primary function is outpatient clinic responsibilities that include primary care management, in a team-based care environment, with a mixture of urgent care appointments with a high level of provider autonomy, and it offers opportunities to admit and oversee care for patients in our hospital. We're looking for a candidate who is interested in providing high quality healthcare to individuals and families, with an emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention.

• 1.0 FTE / Four days per week
